摘要
除了面向高中的普通夏季高考招生,面向中等职业学校毕业生的春季高考是高职高专招生的另外一种形式。部分成绩不太理想、考取本科希望不大的高中在校学生,往往在大二也会学习专业课,通过春考参加高考,他们逐渐形成了与夏季高考考生不同、具有不同特点的另外一个群体。在日常学生管理和教学过程中,通过分析研究,春考学生入学以后,在知识结构、认知能力、学习目标等方面与高起学生存在较大差异,在学习和成长过程中出现的问题相对较多,给学生管理和教育工作也带来了一些新的问题。作为教育者和管理者,要针对其特点探索有效的途径,加强引导和管理。
In addition to the general summer college entrance examination for high school,the spring college entrance examination for secondary vocational school graduates is another form of enrollment for higher vocational colleges.Some of the grades are not ideal.High school students who have little hope of undergraduate study will often study professional courses in their sophomore year.They will participate in the college entrance examination through the spring exam.They gradually form another group with different characteristics from the summer college entrance examination candidates.In the daily student management and teaching process,through the analysis and research,after the entrance examination of the spring entrance examination students,there is a big difference between the students in the knowledge structure,cognitive ability and learning objectives,and the problems in the process of learning and growth are relatively More,it also brings some new problems to student management and education.As an educator and manager,it is necessary to explore effective ways to strengthen guidance and management.
