摘要
舆情研究对于教育决策的科学化、预见性、民主性和可行性具有重要意义。对新冠疫情暴发以来北京市教育舆情进行深度分析,发现在相关舆论中,正面性引导信息和中立性客观信息居多,也有一些争议性、敏感性的话题;舆论关注的热点包括开学、网上教学、中高考、高校毕业生就业等。建议中小学校做好疫情防控常态化管理;借助网上教学契机优化教育教学方式;做好心理疏导和居家锻炼,促进学生身心健康发展。在公共事件突发时,各级政府及教育管理部门应积极采取有效措施,如加强宣传和信息公开、及时回应热点话题,避免负面舆情热点产生,同时建立健全舆情监测与分析系统、舆情管理及应对机制,以进一步提升教育治理能力。
Research on internet public opinion is of great significance to the scientific,democratic and predictive nature of educational decision-making.Based on the in-depth analysis of the public opinion of Beijing education since the outbreak of COVID-19,the study found that most of the relevant opinions are positive and neutral,but there are also some controversial and sensitive topics.The hot topics of public opinion include school opening,online teaching,entrance examination for secondary school or college,employment of college graduates and other related topics.It is suggested that primary and secondary schools should do a better job in the normal management of epidemic prevention and control;take advantage of online teaching to optimize teaching methods;provide psychological counseling service and advocate students to do home exercise to promote their physical and mental health.When a public event occurs,governments at all levels and education management departments should take effective measures actively to avoid the occurrence of negative hotspots.Such measures can be strengthening publicity and information disclosure,responding to the hot topic timely.Besides,a sound public opinion monitoring and analysis system,public opinion management and response mechanism should be established to further enhance the ability of educational governance.
