摘要
介绍了某煤制气企业碎煤加压气化酚氨回收后废水零排放处理中试试验情况。采用水解酸化+两级A/O+臭氧催化氧化+MBR组合作为生化-深度处理的主工艺,介绍了该工艺的流程、各工艺单元的功能、主要运行控制参数及运行调试情况。运行结果表明:经生化-深度处理后,废水中CODCr、总酚、氨氮、总氮总去除率分别达97.1%、98.7%、96.5%、89.1%,出水CODCr质量浓度<60 mg/L、总酚质量浓度<10 mg/L、氨氮质量浓度<5 mg/L、总氮质量浓度<15 mg/L,达到设计出水水质指标,满足后续中水回用段进水水质要求。
The pilot test of zero discharge treatment of wastewater after ammonia and phenol recovery from crushed coal pressurized gasification in a coal-to-SNG enterprise was introduced.The combination of hydrolysis acidification+two-stage A/O+ozone catalytic oxidation+MBR was adopted as the main process of the biochemical-advanced treatment.And the process flow,functions of each process unit,main operation control parameters,operation and adjustment were introduced.The results showed that after the biochemical-advanced treatment,the total removal rate of CODCr,total phenol,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was 97.1%,98.7%,96.5%and 89.1%respectively.And the effluent CODCrconcentration was less than 60 mg/L,total phenol concentration was less than 10 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen concentration was less than 5 mg/L,and total nitrogen concentration was less than 15 mg/L,which met the design effluent quality index and the requirements of the subsequent water reuse section.
