摘要
以电化学氧化法处理四氧化三锰生产废水中的氨氮。结果表明,在初始pH=9、电流密度12 mA/cm^2、氯离子质量浓度1.0 g/L、极板间距5.0 mm时,反应120 min后氨氮去除率达96.8%,处理后废水中氨氮及总氮质量浓度分别由220、223 mg/L降至7.04、7.03 mg/L。间歇进水时氨氮去除效果最好,且处理能耗较循环进水、连续进水分别降低了4.68%、20.2%。
The ammonia nitrogen wastewater from Mn3 O4 production process was treated by electrochemical oxidation.The results showed that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 96.8% under the condition of pH=9,j=12 m A/cm^2,[Cl-]=1.0 g/L,and d=5.0 mm after 120 min of the reaction. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the wastewater decreased from 220 mg/L and 223 mg/L to 7.04 mg/L and 7.03 mg/L,respectively. Compared with circular influent and continuous influent modes,the intermittent influent mode showed the best removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen. Besides,the energy consumption of intermittent influent mode was decreased by4.68% and 20.2%,respectively.
