摘要
深入分析地铁车辆常见故障,降低故障率,是保障地铁安全高效运行的重要手段。当车辆的牵引力或制动力大于轮轨间的黏着力时,车辆将发生空转/滑行现象,若不能得到有效保护,将可能造成擦轮,延长制动距离,影响停车精度,降低乘客舒适性。介绍郑州地铁1号线车辆防空转/滑行系统的检测及控制原理,分析典型滑行故障,提出整治措施。
With the acceleration of urbanization,urban rail transit in China has entered a healthy,orderly and rapid development period.In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of metro,it is necessary to analyze the common faults of metro vehicles and reduce the failure rate.When the traction or braking force of the vehicle is greater than the adhesion between wheel and rail,the vehicle will idle/slide.If it can not be effectively protected,it may cause wheel friction,extend the braking distance,affect the parking accuracy,and reduce passenger comfort.This paper mainly introduces the detection and control principle of anti-skid/taxiing system of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1.Based on the analysis of typical taxiing faults,the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.
