摘要
目的分析戒烟门诊吸烟者的特征以及影响戒烟效果的因素,从而指导戒烟人群提高戒烟率。方法对2017-2019年到成都市6家戒烟门诊首诊的721名吸烟者的社会人口学特征、吸烟相关情况、戒烟相关情况以及随访结果进行描述统计分析,根据1月随访的结果将707名吸烟者分为戒烟有效组与戒烟无效组,综合运用卡方检验、t检验、Logistic回归分析戒烟有效的影响因素。结果吸烟者主要是男性(96.3%),高中/中专以下学历(69.8%),职业务农(31.3%),自评健康状况一般(44.9%),平均年龄49.22岁,平均烟龄23.68年,日均吸烟量16.29支;就诊吸烟者中53.5%是通过本医院医生告知就诊,30.0%在起床后5 min以内抽第一支烟,58.8%尝试过戒烟,但基本未使用过戒烟产品,43.4%已经开始准备戒烟,45.4%戒烟动机是自身患病。一月随访时的失访率1.9%、7 d点戒烟率为43.3%。Logistic回归结果显示,戒烟准备和职业显著影响戒烟效果,戒烟原因有一定影响。结论戒烟准备和职业显著影响戒烟效果,戒烟原因有一定影响。建议加强吸烟危害、科学戒烟知识等宣传,增强戒烟意愿,促进戒烟行动。
Objective To identify characteristics of smokers and analyze influencing factors of successful quitting in smoking cessation clinics in Chengdu from 2017 to 2019.Methods Descriptive statistics were conducted on the sociodemographic characteristics,smoking-related conditions,quitting-related conditions,and follow-up results of 721 smokers in 6 smoking cessation clinics in Chengdu from 2017 to 2019.According to the results of follow-up,707 smokers were divided into the effective smoking cessation group and the ineffective smoking cessation group.Chi-square test,t-test and Logistic regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors of smoking cessation.Result Smokers were mainly men(96.3%),and had an education level of high school or secondary school(69.8%).The occupation of smokers was mainly farmers(31.3%).44.9%of the smokers reported their health status on the average.The mean age of the smokers was 49.22 years,and they smoked for 23.68 years with 16.29 cigarettes per day.53.5%of the smokers who visited the hospital were informed by the doctor of the hospitals.30.0%of the smokers smoked the first cigarette within 5 minutes after waking up.58.8%of smokers tried smoking cessation,but had not used smoking cessation products.43.4%of the smokers already prepared to quit smoking.Nearly half of smokers(45.4%)were motivated to quit smoking by their own illness.The rate of lost to follow-up during one month was 1.9%and the 7-day quitting rate was 43.3%.Logistic regression analysis showed that quitting preparation and occupation significantly associated with the successful quitting smoking,and the reasons for smoking cessation also have a certain effect.Conclusion Smoking cessation preparation and occupation significantly affect the effectiveness of smoking cessation,and the reasons for smoking cessation also have an certain impact.We should strengthen publicity on smoking hazards and scientific quitting knowledge to increase quitting willingness and promote quitting actions.
