摘要 目的:研究建立黔产忍冬叶薄层鉴别方法,为其质量标准的建立提供依据。方法:采用薄层鉴别法,以绿原酸、木犀草苷作为定性鉴别指标,对黔产忍冬叶进行鉴别与分析。结果:绿原酸以乙酸乙酯∶丙酮∶甲酸∶水(7∶3∶1∶1.2)为展开系统,木犀草苷以乙酸丁酯∶甲酸∶水(7∶2.5∶2.5)上层溶液为展开系统,两者均以1%三氯化铁为显色剂,所得薄层色谱图谱供试品与对照品在相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点,斑点清晰、圆整、明显。结论:所建立的薄层鉴别方法简单、快捷,结果易于判定,可作为黔产忍冬叶的薄层鉴别方法。 Objective:To establish a TLC identification method for Lonicera japonica Thunb,and to provide a basis for the establishment of its quality standards.Methods:Using TLC identification method,chlorogenic acid and luteolin were used as qualitative identification indicators to identify and analyze Lonicera japonica Thunb.Results:Results:The chlorogenic acid is developed in ethyl acetate∶acetone∶formic acid∶water(7∶3∶1∶1.2),and the luteolin is made up of butyl acetate∶formic acid∶water(7∶2.5∶2.5).All use 1%ferric chloride as a color developer.The obtained TLC chromatogram is used to obtain spots of the same color at the corresponding positions of the test sample and the reference substance,and the spots are clear,round and obvious.Conclusion:The established thin layer identification method is simple and fast,and the result is easy to judge.It can be used as a TLC identification method for Lonicera japonica Thunb.
