摘要
论文就组织行为学的基本概念展开分析,探讨组织行为学对企业发展的具体措施,采取多样化的管理技术和管理模式使企业健康发展,推进企业在市场竞争中处于长期有利地位,使企业长期健康发展。
This paper analyzes the basic concepts of organizational behavior,explores the specific measures of organizational behavior for the development of enterprises,so as to adopt diversified management technology and management mode for the healthy development of enterprises,and promote the long-term favorable position of enterprises in the market competition,and make enterprises develop healthily in the long term.
