摘要
目的:探究病例导入式教学在普外科教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取某县人民医院普外科临床实习教学的68名医学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行病例导入式教学,对照组进行传统教学,观察记录两组学生的理论考试和临床技能等考核指标。结果:实验组在理论考试和临床技能等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:病例导入式教学在普外科教学中的应用效果显著,值得进一步推广。
Objective:To explore the application of case-oriented teaching in general surgery teaching.Methods:68 medical students were randomly selected as the research objects,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Results:The experimental group was better than the control group in theory test and clinical skill(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of case-introducing teaching in general surgery teaching is remarkable and deserves further promotion.
