摘要
目的:调查某三级综合性医院临床护理人员培训现状。方法:采用普查法对安徽省某三级综合性医院护理人员进行电子问卷调查。结果:培训方式需求频次由高到低依次为“标准教学视频”“规范的高年资床旁带教”和“技能中心培训”;培训内容需求频次由高到低依次为急救技能、专科技能、科研能力、教学能力和基本技能;不同职称者其培训方式和内容需求有差异(P<0.05)。培训影响因素依次为“工作忙”“家庭支持不足”“内容与工作相关性低”;不同工龄、学历和职称者参与培训影响因素构成比有差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床护士培训是系统工程,应逐步探索从国家层面制定分层级护士培养大纲并实施。
Objective:To investigate the current status of clinical nursing personnel training in tertiary comprehensive hospital.Methods:All nurses from a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Anhui Province were investigated by electronic questionnaires with census method.Results:The training mode demand frequency from high to low were"standard teaching video","standard high-seniority bedside teaching",and"clinical skill center training".The training content demand frequency from high to low were first aid skill,specialized skill,scientific research ability,teaching ability and basic skill.There were significant differences in the demands of training method and course with different professional titles(P<0.05).The influencing factors of training from high to low were"busy work","insufficient family support"and"low correlation between content and work".There were significant differences in the influencing factors of training with different lengths of service,education backgrounds and professional titles(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nurse training is a systematic project,and stratified nurse training program should be explored and implements from national level.
