摘要
目的观察CO2点阵激光人工及机械双模式联合曲安奈德治疗增生性疤痕的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年9月-2019年12月南华大学附属第二医院整形美容科417例增生性疤痕患者为研究对象。采用CO2点阵激光双模式联合曲安奈德孔道导入,随访3-6个月后观察临床疗效。结果92.1%的患者经治疗后疤痕逐渐变平坦,色素沉着及瘙痒感减轻,随访半年以上无复发。结论CO2点阵激光人工及机械双模式联合曲安奈德治疗增生性疤痕临床疗效好,短期观察内未见复发,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of artificial and mechanical fractional CO2 laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Method 417 patients with hypertrophic scar were selected from the Department of plastic surgery,second affiliated Hospital of South China University from September 2016 to December 2019.The fractional CO2 laser dual mode combined with triamcinolone acetonide was used,and the clinical effect was observed after 3-6 months follow-up.Result After treatment,the scars of 92.1%of the patients gradually flattened,pigmentation and itching were alleviated,and there was no recurrence after follow-up for more than half a year.Conclusion The way of fractional CO2 laser dual mode combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of hypertrophic scar,with no recurrence in short-term observation and high safety,so it is worthy of clinical application.
