摘要
由于海上作业环境的限制,经常只有通过大斜度或大位移的定向井才能实现地质目的。但海上作业费用昂贵,优快钻井技术成为降低勘探作业成本的核心技术之一。此文对北部湾盆地涠西区块钻井施工难点进行了分析,从井身结构、钻头选型、钻井液等方面提出了针对性的优快钻井技术方案,现场应用证明,该优快钻井技术可以有效地节约钻井周期,提高机械钻速和井眼质量。
Due to the limitations of the offshore operating environment,usually geological objectives can be achieved only through directional wells with large inclination or displacement.However,the offshore operation fee is expensive,and safe fast drilling technology becomes one of the core technologies to reduce the costs of exploration operations.This paper analyzes the drilling construction difficulties in the Weixi block of the Beibu Gulf,and proposes a targeted safe fast drilling technology plan from the aspects of well profile,bit type selection,drilling fluid and so on.Field application proves that this safe fast drilling technology can effectively save the time of drilling period and improve mechanical drilling speed and borehole quality.
