摘要
涠西南地区地质构造复杂,在钻井过程中极易发生井壁坍塌、漏失,甚至发生卡钻事故。通过分析研究涠西南地区易垮地层岩性、硬脆性泥页岩的垮塌机理,介绍了在该地区探井中使用的低渗强封堵水基钻井液。现场应用表明,该钻井液有良好的封堵性和润滑性,高温高压滤失量小、泥饼渗透率低,基本保证了井壁的稳定及井下安全。应用该钻井液的井,井径较规则,无井下复杂情况,表明该钻井液较好地解决了涠西南地区的井壁稳定问题。
Borehole sloughing, mud losses and pipe sticking were frequently encountered in Weixinan area with formations being geologically complicated. This paper discusses the formation lithology of the sloughing formations, the mechanism governing the collapsing behavior of the hard and brittle shales penetrated, and the low filtration rate water based drilling fluids used in this area. Field practices showed that wells drilled with the low filtration rate drilling fluids had gauged holes and were drilled comparatively smoothly.
