摘要
叶轮是空调用离心风机风道系统的核心部分,对离心风机的气动性能和噪声有重要影响。本文设计了一种顶端开槽的多翼离心风机叶片,采用数值计算方法研究了叶片进气端开槽对空调用多翼离心风机气动性能和噪声的影响,通过实验测试验证了进气端开槽叶片的降噪效果。结果表明:采用叶片进气端开槽结构能够改善叶轮顶端间隙区域内低速流动状态,抑制叶轮通道内旋涡的扩展,有效降低风机宽频噪声。与原型多翼离心风机相比,采用叶片进气端开槽结构,在保持风量基本不变情况下,风机噪声下降了0.8dB。
Impeller is the core part of multi-blades centrifugal fan in air conditioner,which has an important influence on the aerodynamic performance and noise.In this paper,a kind of blades with grooved inlet end using on multi-blades centrifugal fan is designed.Numerical simulation are conducted to investigate the effects of the grooved blade on aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of the multi-blades centrifugal fan used in the air conditioner.The noise-reduction effectiveness of the grooved blades is confirmed through experimental measurements.The results show that the low speed flow state in the tip clearance area of impeller is improved and the expansion of the vortex in impeller channels is restrained with the grooved blades are used.The broadband noise of the multi-blade centrifugal fan is reduced effectively.Compared with the original fan,the noise of multi-blade centrifugal fan with the grooved blades is reduced by 0.8 dB and the flow rate is basically unchanged.
