摘要 针对某永磁电机冷却风机功耗大的问题,进行了风机优化设计的研究。首先对原机进行参数化建模,按照几何特征将设计变量分为4个特征组,将叶型通过5个控制点样条曲线化,借助几何约束调整叶型;通过CFX软件采用雷诺平均N-S方程求解风机流场得到原型机的气动性能参数,与试验结果进行验证对比;在此基础上,通过循环迭代法与响应面法联合优化的方式依次优化4组参数,最后将全参数进行响应面法二次拟合,最终确定了风机的最优组合方案。结果表明,优化后的风机在额定流量下,风机静压提高了10%,全压效率提高了6.7%,风机性能整体显著提高;叶轮进出气得到明显改善,流道内流场更加流畅,所提出的优化方法可为离心风机的优化改进设计提供参考。 Aiming at the high power consumption problem of centrifugal fan for permanent magnet motor,the multi-parameter optimization design process is investigated.Firstly,a parameterized model of the original fan is established.According to the geometric feature,design factors are classified to four separated units.The blade profile adopts spline curve controlled by five controlling points and geometric constrains.Then the comparative verification of aerodynamic performance of the original centrifugal fan is made between the simulated results on CFX software using Reynolds N-S equation and the experimental results.On this base,the optimal structure parameters of centrifugal fan is designed via a combination of recycle iteration and response surface method among the units.The result shows an increase of 10%and 6.7%for the static pressure and total pressure effectiveness at rated volume respectively,indicating that the overall performance of the centrifugal fan or the flow inside the impeller is clearly improved.The method of a combination of recycle iteration and response surface can be referred to improve the design of the efficient and energy-saving centrifugal fan.
