摘要
动产流动质押有效设立是该制度运行的前提。针对动产流动质押设立中物流企业面临的法律风险,结合设立条件的理论与司法实践,重点就影响物流企业监管质物的委托权源与质物交付的具体因素进行分析与识别。
Effective establishment of dynamic pledge of movable properties is the premise of the system operation.In view of the legal risks faced by logistics enterprises in the establishment of dynamic pledge of movable properties,analyzes the theory and judicial practice of the establishment of dynamic pledge of movable properties,and focuses on the specific factors affecting logistics enterprises supervise the entrustment right of the pledged goods and pledge to deliver.
