摘要
目的观察麦默通微创旋切术加置管引流治疗乳腺脓肿患者的临床效果。方法 60例乳腺脓肿患者分为对照组和观察组各30例,分别给予常规开放性手术联合置管冲洗引流治疗、麦默通微创旋切术联合置管冲洗引流治疗。观察2组患者的临床治愈率及复发率,比较2组间术中出血量、手术时间,术后愈合时间、瘢痕长度、患者满意度以及术后并发症。结果治疗后,观察组临床治愈率(95. 12%)与对照组(70. 0%)差异有统计学意义(P=0. 042)。观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后愈合时间、瘢痕长度均少于对照组,患者的满意度评价高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论与传统开放式手术加置管引流相比,麦默通微创旋切术合并置管引流能显著提高乳腺脓肿患者的临床治愈率和患者满意度,缩短了手术时长,降低了并发症的发生。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mammotome minimally invasive surgical technique plus catheter drainage in the treatment of breast abscess.Methods A total of 60 cases of breast abscess were divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery plus catheter drainage,and the observation group was treated with mammotome minimally invasive surgical technique plus catheter drainage.The clinical cure rate,recurrence rate,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative healing time,scar length,patient satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the difference between the observation group(95.12%)and the control group(70.0%)was statistically significant(P=0.042).The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative healing time and scar length in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the conventional open surgery plus catheter drainage,mammotome minimally invasive surgical technique plus catheter drainage could significantly improve the clinical cure rate and satisfaction of patients with breast abscess,shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications.
