摘要
目的 分析乳晕外缘弧形切口术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果.方法 将78例乳腺良性肿瘤患者按随机投掷法分为参照组和研究组,各39例.参照组实施传统开放式手术治疗,研究组实施乳晕外缘弧形切口术治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 研究组的术中出血量少于参照组,切口愈合时间及术后瘢痕长度短于参照组(P<0.05).参照组的并发症总发生率高于研究组(P<0.05).结论 乳晕外缘弧形切口术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果显著,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the effect of areola external arc incision surgery in the treatment of breast benign tumor.Methods A total of 78 patients with breast benign tumor were divided into reference group and study group according to random throw method,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the study group was treated with areola external arc incision surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the reference group,the healing time of incision and the length of postoperative scar were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the reference group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Areola external arc incision surgery in the treatment of breast benign tumor has significant effect,which is worth popularizing.
