摘要
"治未病"思想早在《黄帝内经》中即有所记载,具体包括预先采取措施,防止疾病的发生与发展、传变。"治未病"思想倡导以预防为主,以防为先,主张养生以防病,注重防止病邪传变,着意病瘥后防其复发。当今之世,《内经》"治未病"思想倍受重视,其思想的提出是近年我国疾病预防控制重心前移的一个标志。本文将根据近二十年发表的文献,从以下两方面进行阐述:其一,对治未病的内涵及与其他理论的联系的阐述,包括治未病理论的形成、内涵、对未来的展望,治未病理论与《周易》理论、道家学说、调神、气机学说的联系等几方面。其二,对治未病与临床疾病的阐述包括鼻炎、风湿、肾病、胸痹、中风、骨科疾病、肿瘤、高血压、糖尿病及对临床应用的体会等。《内经》"治未病"思想不仅对后世中医学的发展具有至关重要的影响,对当代中医学的理论与临床发展也有重要指导意义。
The idea of"preventive treatment of disease"has been recorded in Huangdi Neijing(The Internal Canon of Medicine)which includes taking measures in advance to prevent the occurrence,development and transmission of the disease.The idea of"preventive treatment of disease"advocates prevention first,i.e.advocates health preservation to prevent disease,paying attention to preventing disease transmission and transformation,and preventing its recurrence after recovery.Nowadays,the idea of"preventive treatment of disease"in The Internal Canon of Medicine has been attached great importance to.Based on the literature published in the past two decades,this study elaborated on the following two aspects,firstly,it expounded the connotation of curing disease and its connection with other theories,including the formation,connotation and prospect of the future about"preventive treatment of disease",as well as the connection between the theory of curing disease and the theory of ZhouYi(The Book of Changes),Taoism,regulating Shen and Qi movement.Secondly,it elaborated clinical experience in treating diseases of rhinitis,rheumatism,nephropathy,chest arthralgia,stroke,orthopaedic diseases,tumors,hypertension and diabetes.The idea of"preventive treatment of disease"not only has a vital impact on the development of TCM in later generations,but also has important guiding significance for the theoretical and clinical development of contemporary TCM.
