摘要 转录因子是植物体内广泛存在的一类调节蛋白,能够与靶基因调节结构域结合,调节RNA转录和表达,参与植物生长发育的各个阶段。WRKY基因家族是植物体内一类重要的转录因子,通过结合靶基因启动子中W-box结构域等方式调节植物的应激响应。目前WRKY转录因子在拟南芥、水稻、玉米等多种植物中都有广泛的研究。通过对植物WRKY转录因子的分类、结构特征以及参与的生理响应等方面进行阐述,以期对WRKY基因功能的深入研究及其在农业育种中的应用起到一定的指导作用。 Transcription factor is a kind of regulatory protein widely existing in plants,and it can combine with target gene regulatory domain,regulating RNA transcription and expression,and participating in various all stages of plant growth and development.WRKY gene family is an important transcription factor family in plants,and it can regulate plant stress response by binding to W-box domain in the promoters of target genes.At present,WRKY transcription factors is widely studied in Arabidopsis,rice,maize and other plants.In this paper,the classification,structural characteristics and physiological responses of WRKY transcription factors in plants were elaborated,so as to play a guiding role in the in-depth study of WRKY gene function and its application in agricultural breeding.
