摘要
为探究不同养护龄期和水玻璃模数下粉煤灰地聚物的力学性能,以发电废渣Ⅰ级低钙粉煤灰为原料,水玻璃和氢氧化钠的混合溶液为碱性激发剂,制备了不同养护龄期和水玻璃模数下的粉煤灰地聚物。常温养护后,进行了粉煤灰地聚物无侧限抗压强度试验、X射线衍射试验和扫描电镜分析。试验结果表明,粉煤灰地聚物的强度与水玻璃模数呈负相关,当模数为1.0时,地聚物试样的强度最高;粉煤灰玻璃体在碱性溶液中溶解后发生解聚-缩聚反应,生成了铝硅酸钠凝胶,且生成量随反应时间的延长逐渐增多;当模数为1.0且养护28 d时,粉煤灰地聚物试样具有紧凑且密实的微观结构。
In order to explore the mechanical properties of fly ash geopolymers under different curing ages and water glass modulus,the mixed solution of water glass and sodium hydroxide were used as alkaline activator with power generation waste slag grade I low calcium fly ash as raw material,and fly ash geopolymers with different curing ages and water glass modulus were prepared.After curing at room temperature,the unconfined compressive strength test,X-ray diffraction test and scanning electron microscopy analysis of fly ash geopolymer were carried out.The experimental results show that the strength of fly ash geopolymer is negatively correlated with the modulus of water glass.When the modulus is 1.0,the strength of the geopolymer sample is the highest.After the fly ash glass body dissolves in the alkaline solution,the depolymerization-polycondensation reaction occurs and the sodium aluminosilicate gel is formed,and the amount of formation increases gradually with the extension of the reaction time.When the modulus is 1.0 and the curing age is 28 d,the fly ash geopolymer sample has a compact and dense microstructure.
