摘要
随着信息技术与经济的进步,企业财务管理内容和方式逐步从单一向业财融合的趋势发展,在以项目为主的企业,要从管理存在的问题出发,通过项目损益管控模式来加强业财融合。项目损益管控模式主要从项目事前、事中以及事后的整个价值链进行控制,从而使得财务与业务衔接配合更加紧密,来提升项目管理水平,规避风险,进而促进企业全面发展。
With the advancement of information technology and economy,the content and methods of enterprise financial management have gradually evolved from a single direction to the integration of industry and finance.In project-based enterprises,we must proceed from the problems of management and strengthen the integration of industry and finance through the project profit and loss management model.The project profit and loss management model mainly controls the entire value chain of the project before,during and after the event,so that the financial and business links are more closely coordinated to improve the project management level and avoid risks,thereby promoting the overall development of the enterprise.
