稀土PET夜光纤维的研制及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以PET树脂为载体,夜光粉体为发光体,偶联剂(KH791),合成聚酯蜡为助剂,制得夜光母粒。当夜光粉体添加质量分数为20.0%、偶联剂添加质量分数为1.0%时,夜光母粒的过滤性能和余辉亮度最优。当夜光母粒添加质量分数为5.0%,纺丝温度为292℃时,PET的可纺性较好,得到具有较强的断裂强度和余辉亮度的PET夜光纤维。 Luminous masterbatch was prepared,when PET resin as carrier,luminous powder as luminous body,coupling agent(KH791),synthetic polyester as auxiliary agent.When the luminous powder was added with a mass fraction of 20.0%and the coupling agent with the added mass fraction of 1.0%,the luminous masterbatch had the best filtration performance and after-glow brightness.When the mass fraction of luminous masterbatch was 5.0%and the spinning temperature was 292℃,the spinnability of PET was better,and PET luminous fiber with strong breaking strength and after-glow brightness was obtained.
