摘要
为了充分探究夜光纤维的力学性能和吸湿性,文章分析对比了干、湿态及热处理后夜光纤维和普通涤纶纤维的力学性能指标和吸放湿平衡回潮率。试验结果表明,在干、湿状态下夜光纤维的断裂强度都低于涤纶纤维,但其断裂伸长率都高于涤纶纤维;一定时间的热处理可以增加夜光纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率;夜光纤维的吸湿性较差。该研究为夜光纤维的实际应用提供了一定的理论基础。
In order to explore the mechanical properties and absorbing moisture of luminous fiber, the mechanical properties of luminous fiber and polyester fiber under dry condition, wet condition and heat treated, moisture regain of both kinds of fibers were measured and compared in this paper. The results show that. the breaking strength of luminous fiber is lower than that of polyester fiber both under dry and wet conditions, but its breaking elongation is higher than that of polyester fiber; heat treatment in a certain time can increase the breaking strength and breaking elongation of luminous fi- ber; the absorbing moisture of luminous fiber was poor. The research can provide some theoretical ba- ses for the practical application of luminous fiber.
