摘要
本文在党的十九大为新时代城市社区治理做出的重大决策和2018年民政部"关于大力培育发展社区社会组织的意见"背景下,昆明市官渡区、呈贡区等各区县大力推进社会组织参与社区治理。本研究在合作与博弈的视角下,通过对昆明市三个区的城市社区、社会组织、居民进行调研,从昆明市社会组织参与社区治理的模式、昆明市社会组织参与社区治理中的博弈关系及困境成因及昆明市社会组织参与社区治理的良性关系互动策略进行探究。
In the context of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the new era of urban community governance and the 2018 Ministry of Civil Affairs on the"about the development of community social organizations,"the Kunming City Guandu District,Chenggong District and other districts The county vigorously promoted social organizations to participate in community governance.From the perspective of cooperation and game,this study conducts research on urban communities,social organizations and residents in three districts of Kunming,from the participation of Kunming social organizations in community governance,and the participation of Kunming social organizations in community governance.And the cause of the dilemma and the interaction strategy of the benign relationship of Kunming social organizations participating in community governance.
