摘要
面对现代社会越来越复杂的社会问题,政府开始从传统的管理型向现代的治理型转变。在转变的过程中,政府需要公众的参与,通过与公众互动共同解决复杂的问题,那么双方的信息互动自然就至关重要。通过对海口市政府门户网公开的部分信息进行分析,可以看到,虽然海口市政府借助电子政务平台,在为人民服务的宗旨下,主动公开政府信息,但其过程中仍存在不足,需进一步监督与规范,以此助力于现代化治理体系的建设。
Faced with the increasingly complex social problems of modern society, the government began to change from the traditional management type to the modern governance type.In the process of transformation, the government needs the participation of the public, and through the interaction with the public to solve complex problems, the interaction of information between the two sides is naturally crucial. Through the analysis of some of the information disclosed by the Haikou Municipal Government portal, we can see that although the Haikou Municipal Government has used the e-government platform to actively disclose government information under the purpose of serving the people, there are still deficiencies in the process. Further supervision and regulation are still needed to help build the modern governance system.
