摘要
目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的救治难点与护理对策。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治急性有机磷农药重度患者60例。分析救治难点,开展针对性护理服务,观察患者恢复效果。结果:60例患者均救治成功,成功率为100%;其中发生中间综合征2例。结论:急性有机磷农药中毒的救治难点较多,包含洗胃管插管困难、洗胃不彻底、中间综合征认识不足等。需依据患者实际情况选择适宜插胃管方法、洗胃方法等,并开展针对性的护理。
Objective:To explore the treatment difficulties and nursing countermeasures of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,60 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticides were enrolled.The difficulties of treatment was analyzed,the targeted nursing services was carried out and the recovery effect of patients was observed.Results:60 patients were all treated successfully,the success rate was 100%.There were 2 cases of intermediate syndrome.Conclusion:The treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is more difficult,including difficulty of gastric lavage tube intubation,incomplete gastric lavage,insufficient understanding of intermediate syndrome and so on.According to the actual situation of the patients,doctors should choose the appropriate methods of gastric tube insertion,gastric lavage and so on and carry out targeted nursing.
