摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病属临床疑难杂症,常反复发作,李可老中医用于治疗危急重症善后的"培元固本散",药物组成正切合慢阻肺的病机特点,临床用于慢阻肺危重症救治成功后的巩固治疗效果明显。危急重症后的机体免疫功能严重受损,李可补肾填精、补脾健运、活血通络救治诸虚损伤的方法为临床提供了新思路。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a complex clinical disease,it often recurrent attacks,old veteran doctor of TCM Li Ke uses"Peiyuan Guben san"in the treatment of critical and severe aftercare,the composition of the drug is tangent to the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive lung disease characteristics,the clinical effect of consolidation treatment for the treatment of critically ill patients with COPD is obvious.The immune function of the body is seriously damaged after critical and severe illness.The methods of tonifying kidney and filling essence,invigorating spleen and healthy transportation,activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
