摘要
目的:探讨针灸治疗突发性耳聋(SSNHL)的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年6月收治SSNHL患者100例,随机分成两组,各50例。对照组采用前列地尔注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后听力阈值明显低于对照组,日常生活能力明显高于对照组,治疗总有效率和复发率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗SSNHL疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:From March 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with sudden deafness were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with alprostadil injection and Xuesaitong injection.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the threshold of hearing after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the ability of daily life was significantly higher than that in the control group,the total effective rate and recurrence rate of treatment were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of sudden deafness is significant,the recurrence rate is low.
