摘要
目的评价中西医结合治疗小儿呼吸道感染后脾虚综合征的临床疗效。方法2017年10月至2018年12月上海市东方医院南院儿科收治的呼吸道感染后脾虚综合征患儿104例,随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组用益生菌培菲康治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药自拟健益方治疗。两组疗程均为1个月。观察并比较两组治疗前后主证积分变化及实验室检查指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.2%(49/52),高于对照组80.8%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组能更快更好地改善患儿临床症状和体征,增加血红蛋白含量,升高微量元素铁、锌值,降低血铅值。结论中西医结合对治疗小儿呼吸道感染后脾虚综合症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on spleen deficiency syndrome after respiratory tract infection in children.Methods From October 2017 to December 2018,104 children with spleen deficiency syndrome after respiratory tract infection were treated in Shanghai East Hospital,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(52 cases)and control group(52 cases).The control group(western medicine group)was treated with probiotics Bifico,and the experimental group(integrated Chinese and western medicine group)was treated with probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine(self-designed Jianyi formula).The course of treatment in both groups was one month.Observe and compare the changes in main syndrome score and laboratory examination indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.2%(49/52),which was higher than that of the control group(80.8%,42/52),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and signs of the children were improved faster and better in the experimental group,the hemoglobin content was increased,the value of trace elements(iron and zinc)was increased,and the value of blood lead was decreased.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome after respiratory tract infection in children,which is worth to be used clinically.
