摘要
目的:总结阳春市人民医院(以下简称"我院")药品效期的管理方法,为确保患者用药安全,减少医院的经济损失,其他医院同行的药品效期管理提供一些依据。方法:完善管理制度,管理药品效期关键环节,确保每一个环节都有专人负责,但同时又是全员参与管理,加强人员培训,提高重视程度,履行监督职责,从而保证药品的质量。结果:我院没再发生过一起药品过期再用的情况,近效期药品的品规数由最多时的69个降到现在的13个,每个月过期药品的报损金额由最多的18763.45元下降到现在的52.16元。结论:规范有效的药品效期管理不仅保障了临床用药安全,还降低了医院的经济损失。
Objective:In order to ensure the safety of drug use and reduce the economic loss of the hospital,the management methods of drug efficacy in Yangchun people's Hospital(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital")were summarized.Methods:Improve the management system,manage the key links of the validity period of drugs,and ensure that each link is in the charge of a special person,but at the same time,the whole staff participate in the management,strengthen personnel training,improve the degree of attention,and perform the supervision responsibility,so as to ensure the quality of drugs.Results:There has never been a case of drug overdue and reuse in our hospital.The number of drug specifications in the near effective period has decreased from 69 at most to 13 at present,and the reported loss amount of expired drugs per month has decreased from 18763.45 yuan at most to 52.16 yuan at present.Conclusion:Standardized and effective management of drug validity not only ensures the safety of clinical medication,but also reduces the economic loss of the hospital.
