摘要
目的:评价肠内营养支持治疗对老年重症肺炎的应用效果及对血红蛋白水平的影响。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治老年重症肺炎患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予肠外营养支持;研究组给予肠内营养支持。比较两组应用效果。结果:研究组治疗后营养指标水平、免疫功能指标水平及血清中炎症介质水平均优于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年重症肺炎患者实施肠内营养支持治疗,可有效改善患者营养水平及血气指标,减少炎性反应,对于减少不良事件的发生具有重要价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of enteral nutrition support on the elderly patients with severe pneumonia and the influence of hemoglobin level.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,50 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with parenteral nutrition.The study group was treated with enteral nutrition.We compared the effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the level of nutritional indicators,immune function indicators and serum inflammatory mediators were better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support for the elderly patients with severe pneumonia can effectively improve the nutritional level and blood gas index,reduce inflammatory reaction,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
