摘要
目的:探讨在慢性子宫内膜炎患者中实施全程优质护理的价值。方法:选择收治的慢性子宫内膜炎患者200例,所有患者均于2018年7月至2019年6月在本院接受治疗,随机分为观察组(n=100)和常规组(n=100)。常规组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程优质护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者盆腔部疼痛消失时间(19.3±1.7)h、下腹坠胀消失时间(41.1±2.4)h、白带异常消失时间(10.5±1.6)d,均显著短于常规组的(24.4±2.5)h、(49.5±3.0)h、(14.7±2.5)d(t=8.34,P=0.00;t=9.67,P=0.00;t=10.45,P=0.00)。观察组护理满意度为96.0%,显著高于常规组的73.0%(χ2=7.55,P=0.05)。结论:针对慢性子宫内膜炎患者实施全程优质护理可明显缩短患者症状持续时间,临床认可程度较高。
Objective:To explore the value of quality nursing in patients with chronic endometritis.Methods:200 patients with chronic endometritis were selected and treated.All patients received treatment in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=100)and conventional group(n=100).The conventional group received conventional nursing,the observation group received full name quality nursing,observe the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The time of pelvic pain disappearance(19.3±1.7)h,time of abdominal distention disappearance(41.1±2.4)h,and time of abnormal leucorrhea disappearance(10.5±1.6)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(24.4±2.5)h,(49.5±3.0)h,(14.7±2.5)d(t=8.34,P=0.00;t=9.67,P=0.00;t=10.45,P=0.00).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than that of the conventional group(χ2=7.55,P=0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of full quality care for patients with chronic endometritis can significantly shorten the duration of symptoms in patients and the clinical recognition degree is high.
