摘要
某核电厂大修期间,发现汽水分离再热器系统疏水阀阀体内壁存在严重冲蚀减薄形貌。通过形貌分析、材料分析及运行工况分析等手段,发现阀体内壁冲蚀减薄是由高流速气液两相流所致。
During the daily operation of a nuclear power plant,it was found that a drain valve in the high pressure feed water heating system had leakage.it was found that the perforation of valve body was caused by the erosion of high velocity gas-liquid two-phase flow due to the low hardness of material and unreasonable structure design by means of shape analysis,material analysis and numerical simulation of flow field.
