摘要
通过模拟实际工况下流体在流过自控阀门时的压力分布、流动状态、物态变化等情况,分析阀门结构对阀门使用性能、调节精度及使用寿命的影响,并根据模拟分析找到最佳的一种阀门结构型式,来解决实际技术难题。
By simulating the pressure distribution,flow state and material state change of the fluid flowing through the automatic control valve under actual working conditions,the influence of valve structure on the service performance,regulating accuracy and service life of the valve is analyzed,and the best valve structure type is found through more simulation analysis to solve practical technical problems.
