摘要
为寻找军队医科院校培养与基层医疗单位需求之间的差距,探求提高其岗位认知的有效方法提供基础和依据,编制了由9个二级指标、39个三级指标共48个条目组成的军医大学临床医学专业学员岗位认知度问卷,以期了解其对未来岗位素质的认知情况。问卷经检验具有良好的信度和效度;实测某军医大学学员,结果具有区分度。
To find the gap between the training of military medical colleges and the needs of primary medical units and provide the basis for effective methods to improve their post cognition,a questionnaire was designed on the position recognition of students majoring in clinical medicine in Military Medical University,consisting of 48 items(9 secondary indicators and 39 tertiary indicators)to understand their cognition of future post quality.The questionnaire showed good reliability,validity and differentiation through test.
