摘要
从水源水厂、输配管网、供水设施和末端净化等几方面探讨城市供水安全保障措施的现状.以宁波市中心城区为例,选取2组共15个典型社区开展用户水质抽样检测和满意度调查.结果表明:对水厂、经管网、社区而言,自来水的浊度、总铁等4项指标的合格率逐步降低,社区龙头水质问题在每天清晨和老旧社区相对突出;问题指标之间存在较强的正相关性,主要与管道腐蚀和水流扰动等因素有关.为控制供水管网“二次污染”、改善社区用户龙头水质、提升供水服务质量等,提出了若干对策和建议.
In order to address the status in quo and explore the main causes of secondary pollution in urban water supply pipelines,tap-water quality sampling and customer satisfaction survey are carried out in 15 typical communities in Ningbo City.Results indicate that the quality indicators such as turbidity and total iron have increased obviously to a various extent in terms of water treatment plant effluent and pipeline water samples.A positive correlation is found among the problematic water quality indicators.It has been confirmed that phenomena of secondary pollution have been existing in water supply system,usually with high frequency in the early morning and in old communities,mainly because of the corrosion from pipeline impurities and turbulence of water flow.In view of the urban water supply system of Ningbo City,a series of suggestions are put forward to control secondary pollution of pipelines and improve the customer tap-water quality.
