摘要
针对流域突发性水污染事件现状及流域实际污染情况,构建了流域预测评价理论体系,应用确定性水质模型及面源污染负荷模型对点源及非点源污染进行风险和污染负荷计算,模拟预测了水污染事件的发生对研究河段水质的影响,分析了突发性水污染事件导致的危害性及其可控性,并给出了防范措施。
In connection with the sudden-happened water pollution incidents in Dingdang river basin, according to the actual pollution of this basin, forecast assessment of the theoretical system is built, mainly from the point source pollution and non-point source pollution in two aspects, using the certainty water quality model and non-point source pollution load model for risk and pollution load calculation, water pollution incidents' impact on the water quality in Dingdang river is predicted, and the danger of water pollution and its controllability brought about by the unexpected events are analyzed. Finally, related corrective measures are proposed.
