摘要
目的:探讨重症脑卒中患者采用早期肠内营养支持治疗的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月~2018年6月治疗重症脑卒中的90例患者随机分为两组,A组采用常规治疗,B组采用早期肠内营养支持,比较两组的疗效差异。结果:两组治疗前IgA、IgM、IgG指标、NIHSS评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组治疗后上述免疫功能指标明显高于A组,治疗后2周NIHSS评分与并发症发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症脑卒中患者采用早期肠内营养支持,能有效改善患者免疫功能,恢复其神经功能,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of early enteral nutrition support on severe stroke patients.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2018,90 patients with severe stroke were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received conventional treatment and group B received early enteral nutrition support,then the difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in IgA,IgM,IgG and NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above-mentioned immune function indexes in group B were significantly higher than those in group A after treatment.The NIHSS scores and complications incidence in two weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in group A.The differenct between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can effectively improve immune function,restore neurological function and reduce complications in patients with severe stroke.
