摘要
目的比较普通标准营养配方(能全力)与糖尿病型配方(康全力)两种肠内营养制剂对血糖增高的重症脑卒中患者的血清蛋白、血脂和免疫指标的不同影响。方法选择神经内科重症监护室住院的28例脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为普通标准配方组和糖尿病型配方组。结果本研究中两组患者短期内(1w),白蛋白和血红蛋白前后比较均出现显著性下降;两组的前白蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白较营养前都有增高,康全力组视黄醇结合蛋白前后比有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组的免疫指标淋巴细胞、C3、C4较肠内营养开始时的水平均升高,能全力组免疫指标中的淋巴细胞(P<0.05)、补体(P<0.01)均有显著性提高;短期(1w)营养支持后两组之间的甘油三酯差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用能全力或康全力均能改善患者的营养水平和免疫功能,但两组之间无明显差异;应用能全力可更好地改善患者甘油三酯的代谢。
Objective To explore eitbcts of enteral nutrition suspension with different components on nutritional in- dices including the Serum Protein, Blood Lipid Levels and Immuno-Function Parameters in patients with critically cerebro- vascular diseases. Methods A total of 28 critically illed patients with cerebrovascular diseases who met the standards were divided into two groups. We gave the experimental group diason as the enteral nutrition formulal and at the sametime we gave the control group nutrison. Results Levels of albumin and hemoglobin of the two groups are lower than the beginning- decreased greatly shortly. Levels of prealbumin and retinol-binding protein are higherincreased than the beginning in both groups and levels of retinol-binding increased become significantly different in diason ( P 〈 0.05 ). Levels of lymphocyte, C3, C4 of the two groups are higher than the beginning increased, and they become significantly different in nutrison group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of Blood Lipid has significantly difference between the two groups after one week of enteral nutrition (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Continuous pumping both diabetes-special EN formula (diason)and ordinary formula EN for- mulal (nutrison)ean improve the levels of Serum Protein and Immuno-Function Parameters. However the levels of Serum Protein and Immuno-Function Parameters have no significantly differences between the two groups. Compared with diason, nutrison can improve triglyceride metabolism better.
