摘要
研究山药与广山药的形态鉴别和组织鉴别特征。分别采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别的方法。结果发现,这2种药物的相同点为断面均为类白色,粉性,有大量的淀粉粒,有针晶束。不同点为山药断面白色或淡粉色,粗糙,颗粒状,针晶束较多,淀粉粒为单粒或半复粒,点状脐点较多;广山药断面洁白,光滑,针晶偶见,淀粉粒为单粒、复粒和半复粒,横细纹脐点较多,有石细胞。说明基于性状和显微鉴别可以区分山药和广山药,本研究结果可以为该药材正确鉴别使用提供参考。
Study on morphological and histological identification characteristics of Dioscorea opposita Rhizoma and Dioscoreae persimili Rhizoma.Using macroscopical identification and microscopic identification.Similarities:Their transverse section is like white,and powdery,and they have lots of amyloids,and have rhaphides.Differences:Dioscorea opposite Rhizoma transverse section is white and pale pink,and is coarse,and is granular,it also has a great deal of rhaphides.The amyloids are single grain and half re-grain,and the umbilical point is mainly punctate.Dioscorea persimili Rhizoma transverse section is pure white,and is smooth,and it has occasional rhaphides.The amyloids are single grain,half re-grain and re-grain,and the umbilical point is mainly transverse microgroov,and have lots of stone cells.Based on macroscopical identification and microscopic identification,can be identified Dioscorea opposite Rhizoma and Dioscorea persimili Rhizoma,this research result can be used as a reference for the correct identification of this traditional Chinese medicine.
