摘要
随着劣质原油加工量的增加,我国加工原油逐渐走向劣质化和重质化。常减压装置中的原油电脱盐效果变差,给二次加工装置的防腐增加了难度。该文设计了一种基于射线衰减原理的轻重组分分离系统,可根据射线在不同组分中的衰减程度,智能化识别各个组分层的厚度。上位机根据各组分厚度来控制阀门和动力泵,实现不同组分液体的自动抽取。该方法提高了电脱盐系统脱盐脱水的效率,降低了后续过程设备的腐蚀风险,可广泛应用于炼油企业中。
With the increase of inferior crude oil,it indicates that the crude oil processed in China is going to be poor and heavy quality.As for the atmospheric vacuum unit,the effect of electric desalination of crude oil becomes worse,which increases the difficulty of corrosion prevention for the secondary processing device.In this paper,a separation system of light and heavy components based on ray attenuation principle is designed.According to the attenuation degrees of rays in different components,intelligent identification of layered thickness of each group is conducted.The upper machine controls the valve and power pump according to the thickness of each component and extracts the liquid of different components.This method can improve the efficiency of electric desalination and greatly reduce the corrosion risk of subsequent process equipment,which widely used in oil refining enterprises.
