作为国家中心城市和国际大都市,广州应抓住粤港澳大湾区战略发展的重大政策利好,在打造世界级城市的同时构筑岭南文化高地,发挥其在粤港澳大湾区文化建设中的四个引领作用:一是以文化创意建设引人入胜、活力充沛的岭南文化中心,这是发挥广州引领作用的关键。二是实施跨界融合创新战略,发挥广州在粤港澳大湾区产业协作中的核心引擎作用,构建大湾区文化产业协作新格局。三是构建国际传播体系,创新人文交流格局,搭建文化交流平台,建设全球文化中心。四是发挥南沙双重优势,构建粤港澳大湾区优质生活圈核心,创建社会主义美好生活示范区。
As a national central city and an international metropolis,Guangzhou should seizethe policy advantages of the strategic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,become the highland ofLingnanculture on its way to a world-class city,and play its four leading roles in the culturalconstruction of the Greater Bay Area:(1)build an attractive and dynamic Lingnan cultural center with cultural creativity is the key to playing Guangzhou’s leading role;(2)implement the strategy of cross-border integration and innovation,give full play to Guangzhou’s role as a key engine of industrial cooperation in the Greater Bay Area,and create a new pattern of cultural and industrial cooperation;(3)build an international communication system,make innovations in the pattern of cultural exchanges,and build a global cultural center;(4)give full play to the dual advantages of Nansha,build a quality living area for the Greater Bay Area and a demonstration zone of socialist lifestyle.
