摘要
目的探讨现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)交班模式在眼科护理工作中的应用效果,分析其对科室护士工作的影响。方法根据SBAR的交班模式,制定并建立眼科的交接班流程,规范护理交接班的内容及过程。结果实施SBAR沟通模式后,对比前后护士的工作实践情况,护理交接班的遗漏率明显降低,护理质量和患者满意度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论运用SBAR沟通模式规范护理交接班的内容和流程,有利于护士更好地了解和掌握患者的情况及护理重点,从而提高护理质量和患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of using situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)technique on the nursing work in the department of ophthalmology and to analyze its effect on nurses.Methods According to the shift pattern of SBAR,formulate and establish the shift flow of ophthalmology,and standardize the content and process of nursing shift.Results After the implementation of SBAR communication mode,the omission rate of nursing shift was significantly reduced,and nursing quality and the satisfaction degree of patients were significantly improved according to the working practice of nurses before and after the implementation of SBAR communication mode,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of SBAR communication mode to standardize the content and process of nursing shift is conducive to nurses to better understand and master the patient's situation and nursing focus,so as to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
