摘要
为了解护士参与高等教育护理学专业自学考试的内在原因,对国内外成人参加学习的动机研究作一综述。多数研究结果显示,成人具有多样化的学习动机,而“提高工作水平”的动机往往占第一位;成人强烈的学习动机需要激励。成人学习者学习动机的研究成果为成人教育机构提供了应遵循的基本原则,即成人教育的教学内容、课程设置必须适应成人的需要,并应使之不断得到满足。
In order to know why the nurses took part in the self-study examination of nursing specialty in higher education. The studies of adults' learning motivation at home and abroad were reviewed. Most of these studies showed adults' learning motivation was diversiform. The chief motivation for learning was 'to improve working level'; The adults' strong motivation should be encourged. Findings of these studies may serve as a foundation for the relevant adults' educational institutions in their decision-making regarding determining the educational contents and the curriculums to meet the needs of the adults.
