摘要
随着我国经济社会的不断发展,建筑市场变得更加成熟和完善,给中小民营建筑企业的生存和发展带来机遇和挑战。目前分析中小型建筑企业存在成本管理认识不足、成本管理人员专业素质低、成本管理方法落后、建材浪费等问题,为此,中小型企业应健全成本管理体系、加强成本控制,构建成本管理信息系统,以更好地促进企业的发展。
With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the construction market has become more mature and perfect,which brings opportunities and challenges for the survival and development of China's small and medium-sized private construction enterprises.After analyzing the current situation of project cost management of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises,the paper finds that there are problems such as insufficient understanding of personnel cost management,low professional quality of cost management personnel,backward cost management methods and waste of building materials.Then,it puts forward the measures to solve the problems:improving the cost management system,strengthening the cost control,and constructing the cost management information system.
