摘要
目前国内船舶企业对小组立焊接主要采用手工焊,由于施工人员技能水平不一、焊接工艺各工序分布分散且生产负荷不均衡等,导致焊接质量不稳定及效率低下。通过对某船舶企业传统的小组立焊接工艺流程进行智能化升级技术研究,采用数字化、智能化设备、焊接工艺数据库与知识库、小组立焊接在线检测技术及智能管控系统等,实现对小组立焊接生产线的智能化升级,提高生产效率和质量。
At present,domestic shipbuilding enterprises mainly use manual welding for sub-assembly.Because of the different skill level of construction personnel,scattered distribution of welding process and unbalanced production load in each process,the quality of the welding is unstable and inefficient.Through the research on the intelligent upgrading technology of the existing sub-assembly welding process of a shipbuilding enterprise.Digital intelligent equipment,welding process database and knowledge base,the online detection technology of the subassembly welding and intelligent control system are adopted to realize the intelligent upgrade of the sub-assembly welding production line and improve efficiency and quality.
