摘要 对船体分段智能车间的定义、特征进行概要描述。对船体分段智能车间的总体架构、各架构层功能、空间布局设计及其原则、数据信息流通机制、智能车间管控系统的关键技术进行初步研究和探讨,为船海企业构建船体分段智能车间提供参考。 A brief description on the definition and the characteristics of the shipbuilding block intelligent workshop is proposed.The overall structure of the shipbuilding block intelligent workshop,the functions of each architecture layer,the spatial layout design and its principles,the data information circulation mechanism,and the key technologies of the intelligent workshop management system are preliminarily studied and discussed.It provides reference for the construction of shipbuilding block intelligent workshop for shipbuilding and ocean engineering enterprises.
