摘要
学习曲线是单位产品生产总量与生产时间的关系曲线。该曲线模型适用于众多行业领域,在制造过程中可以用来估算产品的设计与生产时间,也可以估计生产的经济成本。以上海电气风电集团股份有限公司风电机组的制造与交付为例,运用学习曲线模型分析了相应的制造成本,以寻找更为合理的资源配置。
The learning curve is used to represent a relation curve between the total production and the production time of the unit product.The curve model is applicable to many industries.It can be used to estimate the design time and the production time of a product,and it can also be used to estimate the economic cost of production.According to the wind turbine manufacturing and delivery in Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group,the corresponding manufacturing cost is analyzed by the learning curve model to find a more reasonable resource allocation.
