软弱围岩大断面隧道自进式管棚超前支护技术 被引量:4

摘要 石峡隧道ZK31+306-ZK31+336处穿越F7断裂破碎带,掌子面围岩整体为熔结角砾凝灰岩。本文针对围岩条件差、开挖断面大特点提出采用集钻孔、安装、注浆和支护四位一体的自进式小管棚超前支护,该超前支护有效提高了塑性区围岩的承载能力,隧道开挖后围岩变形控制显著,此外还提高了隧道施工工效。 The Shixia tunnel ZK31+306-ZK31+336 section crosses the F7 fracture zone,and the surrounding rock of the tunnel face is fused breccia tuff.This article proposed that self-propelled little shed-pipe advance support with drilling,installing,grouting and supporting can overcome the features of poor surrounding rock condition and large excavation.This advance support effectivelyimprovesbearing capacity of plastic zone of surrounding rock,and the deformation control of surrounding rock after tunnel excavation is significant,which also improves the construction efficiency of tunnel.
